Final Project

This was a toughie.  From a selected work, we had to break it down into four elements and two principles of design, and create original schematics outlining and detailing how and why we chose to the elements/principles.  Then, after breaking down the image, we had to take those same principles/elements and then create an entire new piece of art, while maintaining  the content of the first piece.  Confused yet?  Anyways, the final work is below, including various thumbnails.  I chose an Art Deco style piece and titled it "Religious Automatico", meaning of course, automatic religion.  I tried to give it an old world feel, with a sterile like factory environment, gears and a vintage 1920's look.
