Dr. Chameleon Concept Design

This is an old design for Dr. Chameleon that I just recently found, and decided to throw in here.  The marker rendering can be found in the Production Work area under Monocle Man.  I thought I might as well just add him to this gallery for the time being.  He's two years old, so a little rough around the edges, and his head is too big, but it was fun trying to give him some kind of 1920's serial motif with glass and tubes. Barely scratched the surface with his character design, as I recall, since the project lost its steam.  He was fun while it lasted.
